Ian Gibbons
Principal
I joined the financial services industry in 1990, spending 10 years as a mortgage and protection specialist for a mortgage brokerage and a national estate agency chain, covering Leicestershire and Warwickshire, before setting up and becoming Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest independently owned mortgage brokerages for 13 years, with a team of up to 35 branch and home based advisers, until it was taken over by a top 10 building society in 2013, for whom I spent 8 years managing a team of 15 branch and home based mortgage and protection brokers, covering the East Midlands.
I’ve always been passionate about helping my clients achieve their property related dreams, and at the end of 2021 decided to set up a new company, using all of my previous experience to ensure clients are provided with an excellent, honest and professional service all of the time.
I am a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection adviser, and undergo regular competency testing to ensure my knowledge is always up to date.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, travelling, spending time outside, photography, Italian sports cars, and electronic music production.
Jane O'Toole
Mortgage & Protection Adviser
I’ve worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Starting our working for a large local building society. I initially helped customers with savings and investment accounts. After 2 years I transferred to the property side of the same business. This is where I gained knowledge in the property industry and process when buying a new home.
I worked with the mortgage adviser and soon realised this would be a path I would like to take. I became a mortgage and protection adviser, and have been advising clients on their mortgages for the last 17 years.
I take great pleasure and pride in helping people get on the property ladder and have helped clients move home who then return to secure a new interest rate to fit their budgets. I have also helped clients become landlords with some now have substantial property portfolio’s.
My main focus is always customer service, ensuring customers have the support they need during the process.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the gym and walking my dog.
